LUN BAWANG TRADISIONAL FOOD



Wild Boar pickeld in half cooked rice...this was delicious food and yummy...this was pickeld monthly fresh Wild Boar meat season with salt and half cooked rice and keep in  a big jar for  amonth and when its over you can fry it up with onion and chili or ginger..Bacon home made by Lun Bawang people..Its smoke above slow fire to dry it up..and a weeks to keep it longer for a month..Its come from fresh WILD BOARS meat and season with salt to taste..
